Rachael is a licensed Realtor and Member of L.I Board of Realtors (LIBOR), One Key MLS (Former MLSLI), NY State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) & National Association Of Realtors (NAR).



Rachael oversees the Operations for the Company and is the Transaction Manager for Leatherman Homes as well as being a Real Estate Salesperson. She has been with Leatherman Homes since September of 2012 and offers a plethora of real estate related job experience that makes her an invaluable member of the Team.



She was born and raised in Long Beach and attended Long Beach from grades K-12 and further advanced her education by attending courses at both Nassau Community College and Stony Brook University.



She has harbored a passion for knowledge and all things real estate through her many years as a local building department employee in addition to being a legal assistant to a couple of local real estate attorneys, and through her several years handling transaction management for Leatherman Homes.



She prides herself on being a perfectionist and one of her primary objectives is to assure that all aspects of the home buying and selling experience are a positive one for all parties involved.



She brings a dedication for helping others, creativity in problem solving, and a nurturing nature to make her a young yet experienced, well-rounded, passionate, imaginative, and caring agent.
