He really goes the extra mile when there are unusual circumstances. We had a very rare and valuable musical instrument that needed protection at every showing, and we were not able to be there. He made sure he was there to protect it at every showing, and if he couldn't be there he made sure someone from his office was there for the same protection. We owe him a lot for understanding our situation and taking care of it. Also, his advice in pricing, etc., was helpful.
