    Kevin sold my sister's house, Mom's house and my house. We started with a different realtor for Mom and it was a disaster.     He really goes the extra mile when there are unusual circumstances. We had a very rare and valuable musical instrument that needed protection at every showing, and we were not able to be there. He made sure he was there to protect it at every showing, and if he couldn't be there he made sure someone from his office was there for the same protection. We owe him a lot for understanding our situation and taking care of it. Also, his advice in pricing, etc., was helpful.

    If you are looking for a real estate agent, Kevin is your guy. Properly markets the home, knows the price points, runs events to get to the buyer and does all that is necesarry for one to sell their home at the proper price point. If you are a buyer, Kevin listens and understands your requirements thus he can show you homes that meet your needs.

    Kevin and his team helped us find our first home and they were amazing. They were attentive and just about always accessible. We had a very sporadic schedule and they were able to take us to any house we wanted to see and he worked around our time. We found a ton of potential homes and would constantly email them with questions and they would quickly find out the answer for us.

    Overall Kevin and his team did a great job and, when we're ready, we'll be using them again.

    We were originally from Long Island and had lived overseas for 10 years. We had limited time to find a property and we wanted to be settled in early in the new school year. To complicate things, my wife and I were visiting NY at different times and not visiting house together. With Kevin's help, narrowing down the number of houses we saw and taking the time to understand our requirements, we were able to find the perfect house, in the school district we wanted and close just 2 week into the new school term.
