Rachael oversees Operations for the Company and serves as the Transaction Manager for Leatherman Homes, as well as a Real Estate Salesperson. Wayne Kalb
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Oceanside, Wayne has always had a true passion for living on Long Island. For the past 15 years, Wayne has lived in Long Beach, and he truly enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and taking advantage of the city's wonderful amenities. A graduate from Long Island State University of New York at Farmingdale, Wayne completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Programming and Computer Information Systems. Although his background is very technical, his life has been spent servicing the public. Wayne was a managing partner for 10 years at Turnpike Appliance Service Center, Inc., a local Long Island small electrical service business that has been operating in and servicing the local communities since 1953. The most important lesson from the service business is to listen to what the customer is saying. Wayne's caring approach and passion for working with people as well as his love for real estate is what drove him to take on a career in real estate sales.
