How we choose who to refer
A referral from us is a small piece of our reputation. We only send clients to providers who answer the phone, do the work, and treat the people we send them the way we would. If a vendor stops meeting that bar, we stop referring them. That is the entire test.

Does Leatherman Homes get paid to list these providers?
No. No provider on this page pays a placement or advertising fee, and we do not collect a referral commission for sending you to them. We refer them because they do good work for our clients.
Am I required to use these providers?
No. You are free to choose any lender, insurer, attorney, or other provider you prefer. These are simply the professionals we would call ourselves. A real estate transaction is your decision at every step.
How does Leatherman Homes decide who to refer?
Each provider has earned their place through real transactions with our clients over the years. We refer based on responsiveness, quality of work, and how they treat the people we send them. If a provider stops meeting that standard, we stop referring them.
